Aidan Waller

Aidan is a civil litigation lawyer with experience across a broad range of disputes, including relationship property matters, estate and trust disputes, and contract claims. She has also practised in criminal law and brings valuable perspective from her time acting as a Crown prosecutor; experience that continues to inform her courtroom work.

Aidan acts for a mix of individuals and businesses of all sizes. She is known for providing clear, straightforward advice and for taking a pragmatic, problem‑solving approach to complex and often stressful situations. Aidan’s philosophy is to be compassionate, realistic, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Outside of practice, Aidan is actively involved in the community as Judicial Chair for the Waikato Hockey Association. When not at work, she enjoys baking, running, umpiring hockey, and walking her Golden Retriever, JD.
