Amelia Nolan

Amelia is a litigation lawyer with experience in a broad range of civil, commercial, property and construction disputes. She regularly advises clients in High Court and District Court proceedings and has particular experience in shareholder disputes, contractual and property matters, construction and insolvency-related issues.
Amelia is committed to providing clear, strategic advice and works closely with her clients to ensure that they feel supported in the process.Before joining Braun Bond & Lomas, Amelia worked at a specialist insurance litigation firm in Wellington and was part of the litigation team at a well-established firm in Tauranga.
Amelia is a board member of Asthma Waikato.
Outside of work, Amelia enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children exploring the Waikato.
Amelia was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2016 and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
