Vanessa Johnson

Vanessa is Braun Bond and Lomas’ General Manager and has been part of the firm for nine years. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, with a strong focus on people and culture, HR, communications, marketing, IT, and strategic planning.

At the heart of Vanessa’s role is her commitment to creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and able to do their best work. She is passionate about building a positive firm culture and finds the greatest reward in seeing individuals grow, gain confidence, and develop in their careers over time.

With a Bachelor of Communication Studies and a background in event and project management, Vanessa brings a thoughtful, structured approach to leadership while keeping people at the centre of decision making. She has a strong interest in wellness initiatives and culture led practices that align with the firm’s values and long‑term goals.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys going to the gym and watching her daughter play netball and supporting her son at boxing matches.
